Y'know, the thing about the polls is that the media tends to report when they think something breaks the general consensus. That there was so much buzz about one outlier towards Trump is most likely a reflection of the fact that the media thinks Trump has no fucking chance. MSM tend to do the "look, squirrel!" thing when they know deep down that the odds are attacked against the squirrel.

DiFi's death is made sadder by the circumstances. When her health began to deteriorate, GOP in the Senate refused to allow her to be replaced on the judiciary committee and let her spend her remaining days in peace. They wanted to gum up the nomination of Joe's judges. What's next?

There's something so fucking moronic about these people sticking around until they die. I assume Gavin Newsom gets to replace her now? Not sure how it works in California.

GOP banks on gerrymandering and low turn out. They want as few as possible to vote, since that benefits them. You get the representation you deserve. Bitching about the system after you see what it does is entirely pointless.

Hindsight being 20/20, she should have. Yet, what's really sad is that Republicans in the Senate wouldn't allow her replacement on the Judiciary Committee and allow her to retire with dignity. They forced her to stay on until she passed. All because they wanted to stem Joe's appointment of federal judges.

Canada and the USA both lost in the (women's) rugby - (sorry, not sorry ) - to England and Wales. Only friendlies, though, so... Didn't realise it (Eng vs Can) was free to watch on Youtube until it was almost over - oops

So War Thunder prides itself on realism. Which results in nerds getting into arguments on the Internet. So far, normal story. Well, apparently the trump card to any argument is when you dump classified information from the DoD to prove your point. It's happened 13 times! www.eurogamer.net/military-documents-leak-once-again-on-war-thunder-forum(Apparently there was an Apache leak since this article was posted)

House passes a stopgap measure. Ukraine funding is out. And because there really is no end to the pettiness, Lloyd Austin gets his salary reduced to $1.
