Blob won't testify on his own behalf in the NY fraud trial. I think he's incapable of testifying without completely ruining his case (though it may be that already). Perhaps the chorus of "he's incompetent" is growing larger.

I love how the lawyer for Trump comes out stating that he will not cower and testify on Monday, then he comes out and lies up a long rant stating he won't testify. Because he's a pussy. Sure, he says it is because he can't badger the law clerk and the judge's family, but the reality he is a massive, big, noisy, pussy.
He has always been a pussy. When he states he'd run unarmed into a firefight, or run into the twin towers to rescue people etc, it is just noise. He has always been a loud, pearl clutching, pussy. And he hides behind other noisy pussies and the morons that think Trump will ever do something for them.

I'm listening to the VMware guy talking about how they're now changing after the merger with broadcom. It is so thick with tech babble terms that I feel basically like a political debate where lots of words are used, but nothing is answered.
The only thing I got from it, which is what I right away suspected when he started with 'we're simplifying', is that they're now walking away from perpetual licensing (licensing owned by customer where you might subscribe to updates and maintenance for new versions) to cloud and SaaS based where you don't own any of the licenses, you're basically subscribe to the licensing so if you don't pay, you don't have the rights to use. It has been a massive push by the tech space to move away from customer owned assets and onto cloud based hardware and software so you're nothing but a consumer. Which is actually what they talk about too - consumption. You're no longer an owner that invest in a technology. You're a consumer and is completely fucking screwed if you no longer want to subscribe to something.

From Bone Spur hill to the Battle of Debate Stage no one is braver than the menace. Trump says battle-hardened general praised Clinton debate: 'Bravest thing I’ve ever seen' Donald Trump told a story about a general's supposed reaction to him debating Hillary Clinton after the "Access Hollywood" recording emerged. The ex-president took the stage with his 2016 Democratic opponent shortly after an audio clip surfaced where he can be heard casually boasting about grabbing women, which prompted some Republicans to withdraw their endorsements. Trump recently told a Young Republican gathering that a general praised his bravery for appearing at the debate. “I went onto that stage just a few days later, and a general, who’s a fantastic general, actually, said to me, ‘Sir, I’ve been on the battlefield, men have gone down on my left and on my right,'" Trump claimed. "'I stood on hills with soldiers who were killed. But I believe the bravest thing I’ve ever seen was the night you went onto that stage with Hillary Clinton after what happened.'" “Then that woman asked you the first question about it, and I said, ‘Locker room talk! It’s locker room talk! What the hell?’” Trump added. Trump did not identify the general who supposedly praised him, and one of his Republican presidential challengers criticized his anecdote... www.rawstory.com/trump-access-hollywood/

After WW2 that shit never happened. Not only is he a coward hiding behind better imaginary men, but there is not a single general worth their salt who think he's any kind of brave given that he never served and have always chickened out.

And that is why the D tactic should be. I'd love to discuss these important things in full context, but I don't think fascists that they themselves are racists, that spout nonsense like the great replacement theory are the right people to discuss this with. Nor should we listen to hypocrites that attack everyone over 'racism' while codespeak to the racist groups that vote for them and that they court for votes. These are groups that would nothing more than a holocaust do-over. These are also hypocrites that not only compare any slight to them like it is the holocaust all over again, but get active support from people who deny the holocaust.

Yeah, she's another scumbag. She's right out there lying up a storm about why they have to have the right to attack law clerks and family, but in return she also convinced a victim of sexual assault to not only sign an illegal NDA but also drop her to the wolves once she was convinced to drop her own legal counsil. It is so unethical and quite frankly transparently wrong even for scumbags like lawyers to engage in.
I hope she ruined her career for good over it. That is the true consequence of anyone being dumb enough to work for Trump; you're going to be massively fucked. Just look at Rudy Giuliani.

So I've been caught up in watching a youtube channel about (civil) aeroplane disasters and incidents by a guy who seems to know what he's talking about: www.youtube.com/@mentourpilotI've been working my way through his back-catalogue and found the one disaster I remember the most about - because it was local (when I was living in Sileby) I even know/(knew?) a few people involved in the rescue efforts at the time... The Kegworth Air Disaster

This gotta be a record. The Day before was advertised as a zombie type pvp, pve game and released 4 days ago, almost completely broken. And now the devs are shutting down. It basically went under. They clearly released it early as they were running out of funds, the game was panned from the getgo and now they're pulling the plug on it since they don't have the resources to fix it. Especially since the steam score is BRUTAL. Overwhelmingly negative with 20k reviews.

Wonder if she will be arrested when she returns? Paxton will absolutely pursue criminal charges against her. If this couple value all they are, they will have to leave for good. That is what GOP have turned their states into.

And then the idiot right comes out stating that it is Biden telling the special council to charge him with that (with a possible 17 year prison sentence) so they can stop their impeachment inquiry since Hunter will now be busy with this trial. These people are barely function adults and people who believe them should probably be involuntarily submitted to a mental health facility. But why try harder. The idiot base are morons and the logic of this being driven by Biden as well as the special council trying to please the barely functional GOP can be equally true in the addled minds of the brain rotted. I do like when Tapper laughed at Comer for even trying to propose this BS.

Speaking of Ukraine. BBC reports that there's an estimate of 38k Russian recruits that froze to death last winter, because of lack of proper equipment and lodgings. They basically had to sleep in open fields. This was reported by a war youtuber pointing to BBC, but I couldn't find the actual article or report. I do see some mentioning from Forbes and such, but not with such a high casualty rate.
This apparently comes from intercepted messages and prisoners. But I don't want to link to it, unless I know for sure. Sounds high given the lack of reporting on it.
But he did point out something else that was interested. A Russian reporter stated that it appears that Russian leadership is not wanting to use drones in a strategic way, against targets that can help the war effort, but rather on big explosions that makes for spectacular footage, rather then helping the war effort.

So the supreme court will hear Jack Smith on the idiotic idea of Trump presidential immunity. It is hard to say what the fanatics will say, but it is pretty clear - sitting presidents (not former) have immunity against CIVIL suits until they're no longer president, since framers didn't want someone to disrupt the presidency with a non criminal issue. The constitution does not protect even a sitting president against criminal actions.
So Jack Smith expedited it to the Supreme Court so there's no delay in the the March 2024 court date. Trump and his legal morons claimed that he has presidential immunity against anything, eventho he's not sitting president.
That doesn't mean they have taken the case, but they have approved a briefing to see if they will take it.
In any functional Supreme Court this should be clear. Of course the president doesn't have immunity. That means a sitting president could kill someone and suffer no consequences. That's insane. And Trump isn't president, so he's not even immune against civil suits. I mean he has already been sued and lost the sexual assault case. But they're trying everything. They want to continue delay everything.
I'd love to see Trump in prison, but I'll be fine with him also stating he'll end his campaign if that also ended any trial against him. I just want that fucker gone from the public. He is a criminal asshole, but as long as he's checked and the MAGA movement dismantled, I'm fine.

So the sociopathic IDF decided to make a propaganda video of 'captured' Hamas members, all stripped down to their underwear and humiliated. In one part of the video one man is surrendering his weapon by walking to the camera. IDF stated at first that these were Hamas and they're all surrendering their guns, and for such an event with a bunch of dudes you would probably be surprised that there was only ONE gun. Turns out in other unedited footage they do a retake of it, which is kinda weird huh that they would do this over and over as if they're making a video and not actually filming this 'natural surrender. It should then come as a surprise that the man surrendering his gun isn't Hamas at all, but a civilian shop owner.
IDF had to apologize. How can you trust such un unprofessional organization that claim righteousness but arrest civilians that you don't know where they are transported.
And just to state the obvious. If this was done to Americans anywhere there would be outrage. But since these are civilian Palestinians we're simply going to ignore it.
Israel is not a Democracy anymore. Nor do I understand why USA keep destroying its reputation to defend a country that is actively setting back all progress in the region.
BTW, we were all outraged by the psychopathic Hamas in their actions including how they were dragging hostages around.
This just makes people shrug.
