Fani Willis should be able to stay on the case - we're supposed to find out the judge's decision today.

Seems Trump and Lara are purging people over at NRC and installing ass kissers and butt fondlers. Good show.

Per the judge: Fani can either remove herself from the case, or remove her ex-boyfriend from the case. Guess what she's gonna do?

The judge wrote his opinion *last week*. He's also up for reelection.

Kinda surprised he was still on the case. That said, there was no other conclusion but this one. Nothing she did would've affected the defendant's rights to a fair trial.

There's a group of friends who go around the world with a portable basketball net and just toss the ball to random strangers to take a shot and make youtube shorts of it.

Where does he expect us to go? And does he expect voting results to be different this time?

Where does he expect us to go? And does he expect voting results to be different this time? 1) They could just not vote 2) There was some evidence that particularly younger male Blacks and Hispanics moved towards Trump in 2020 due to perceived focus on economic issues (not saying they're right, just saying they were saying it). Now, moved towards means "not 90% of the black vote" but if you have a 15 point shift (which is actually a 30 point shift since you lose 15 and they gain 15) by half of 12% of the population, 0.3*0.12*0.5 = 1.8% which is greater than the 1.16% that Biden took Pennsylvania by in 2020. My point being: if Biden takes black males 75/25 with all else being the same, he loses the election. There's also a different problem I've been thinking about a lot lately. We liberals have been talking for the last 15 years about how the demographic shift should destroy Republicans. The problem is, that demographic shift should have already happened. Let's say everyone lived exactly 100 years and everyone could vote regardless of age. Every year, 1% of the voting population dies and 1% of the voting population is added. When we narrow that to reality, it's higher by probably 30%+. So we should see about 5-6% shift every 4 years. Over 4 election cycles, that should give a demographic shift of ~20%. And yet, elections are being won narrowly. And yes, there's an electoral college issue but against the worst possible candidate, Biden had a popular vote victory of ~4.5% compared to 2012 Barrack Obama who had ~3.9% or ~7.2% in 2008. And there's a non-zero chance that Biden will lose. With abortion on the ballot. With birth control on the ballot. With democracy on the ballot. With racism on the ballot. With COVID recovery on the ballot. With Bidenomics on the ballot. We're getting our ass beat on the message. Those votes are going somewhere and we need to take seriously the question as to: why? And here's one way to think of it: if the choice is between the guys who will do nothing about racism and the guys who are racist, you may feel that there is no hope on the racism and instead focus on your next biggest issue which... maybe that's suspicion about science using experimental vaccines in which case, the anti-science guys suddenly make a lot of sense. Democrats may be feeling the pain and backlash of decades of failing to act building up.

Apparently few liked Ben Shapiros 'work till death' proclamation, so he released a 30 minute 'apology' video where he 'explains' why he said what he did, but that he didn't say what he did. That it is more technical than that. But basically; you should work till death, because he as a millionaire that sits on his ass in comfort can continue doing what he's doing - releasing these dumbshit videos where he tells you to die, so he can continue live in luxury without paying into programs that helps all.
And he talked really fast so you know it was an 'intellectual' discussion.

Ofc, it's hard to do anything when it only takes a minority of Republicans to stop anything from happening, and the Democrats have only had such a majority extremely rarely in the past 40 years. But this is why the liars and the authoritarians win. I hope everyone has plans if Trump wins and the worst really does happen...

I wish our Media had an actual interest in reporting on how disgusting this fascist guy is. But they're more happy falling for the Biden is old BS.

Our Media is just pathetic. The issue is suddenly Fani...not the fact that Trump tried to steal an election. And that is so American Media - always the squirrel of the sexy, never the actual issue of corporations and politicians' stealing our wages and freedom.
The judge just fell for it. For all of Fani's faults, the Judge got bogged down in the irrelevant.

It is amazing that for a man that is so awesome, he sure seems to be such a corrupt, criminally inept ass. And the few people who endorse him are people like himself and ghouls like Stephen Miller.

I don't dispute why but at the end of the day, voters decide based upon results. The President has limited sway on the day to day of the economy - more sway on the 10-20 year outlook - and yet there is no single statistic more heavily correlated with reelection and I just watched a video talking about the unrest from starving people because a volcano exploded on the other side of the world causing crop failure ("The Year Without Summer")
